    "body": "<p align=\"left\" class=\"hugin\" /> <p class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"> </b>Telenet Group Holding NV (\"Telenet\" or \"the Company\") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008: </p> <p class=\"hugin\">Today, Telenet received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, stating that BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, as of June 30, 2011, holds 5,655,800 shares of the Company (previous declaration: 5,628,110), representing 5.00% of the total share capital of the Company (previous declaration: 4.97%). </p> <p class=\"hugin\">The complete text of this transparency declaration is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <u class=\"hugin\">www.telenet.be</u>. </p> <p class=\"hugin\">Any increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Telenet and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA, the successor of the former CBFA): </p> <p class=\"hugin\">1. 3% statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company; </p> <p class=\"hugin\">2. 5% or each multiple of 5%, as set out by Belgian law. </p> <p class=\"hugin\">This information is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <u class=\"hugin\">www.telenet.be</u>. </p>",
