    "body": "<p class=\"hugin\" /><p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"></b>Telenet Group Holding NV (\"Telenet\" or \"the Company\") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008:</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><em class=\"hugin\">On February 3, 2012 Telenet received a transparency declaration from AXA S.A., stating that AXA S.A., as of February 1, 2012, holds 3,534,059 shares of the Company (previous declaration: 3,342,592), representing 3.11% of the total share capital of the Company (previous declaration: 2.95%).</em></p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><em class=\"hugin\"> </em></p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">The complete text of this transparency declaration is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <a class=\"hugin\" href=\"http://investors.telenet.be/\" target=\"_blank\">http://investors.telenet.be</a>.</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">Any increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Telenet and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):</p> <ol class=\"hugin\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\"> <li align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">3% statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;</li> <li align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">5% or each multiple of 5%, as set out by Belgian law.</li> </ol> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">This information is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <a class=\"hugin\" href=\"http://investors.telenet.be/\" target=\"_blank\">http://investors.telenet.be</a>.</p>",
