    "body": "<p><em>The enclosed information constitutes regulated information as defined in the Royal Decree of 14 November 2007 on the obligations of issuers of financial instruments admitted to trading on a regulated market.</em><br>\u200b<br>\u200bBrussels, September 26, 2019 &ndash; <strong>Telenet Group Holding NV (&ldquo;Telenet&rdquo; or the &ldquo;Company&rdquo;) (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses, in accordance with article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007, a transparency notification dated 25 September 2019 from Liberty Global plc (&ldquo;Liberty Global&rdquo;), Binan Investments BV (&ldquo;Binan&rdquo;) and Telenet in accordance with articles 6 and 18 of the Law of 2 May 2007. </strong></p><p><strong>In its notification dated 25 September 2019, Liberty Global, Binan and Telenet report Telenet crossing below the 5% threshold on 20 September 2019.
