Discontinuation VVPR strips

Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses the following information:

Following the meeting of the board of directors of Telenet on February 10, 2015, the VVPR strips with number BE0005599700 (the "Strips") linked to the shares issued by Telenet, have been declared without value and as a result the board has decided to discontinue these Strips, as they do not longer hold any value and are devoid of purpose since late 2013 and hence are no longer tradable. Pursuant to the aforementioned decision of the board, Euroclear has been given the instructions on August 18, 2015 to take the necessary actions in order to write off the strips and to withdraw them from the market.
