    "body": "<p><em>L&rsquo;information ci-jointe constitue de l&rsquo;information r&eacute;glement&eacute;e au sens de l&#039;Arr&ecirc;t&eacute; Royal du 14 novembre 2007 concernant les obligations des &eacute;metteurs des instruments financiers qui sont admis &agrave; la n&eacute;gociation sur un march&eacute; r&eacute;glement&eacute;.</em></p><p>Malines, 15 juillet 2021 &ndash; <strong>Telenet Group Holding SA (&laquo;&nbsp;Telenet&nbsp;&raquo; ou la &laquo;&nbsp;Soci&eacute;t&eacute;&nbsp;&raquo;) (Euronext Brussels&nbsp;: TNET) annonce, sur base de l&rsquo;article 14, premier paragraphe, de la Loi du 2 mai 2007, la r&eacute;ception, le 14 juillet 2021, d&rsquo;une notification de transparence dat&eacute;e du 14 juillet 2021 de la part de Liberty Global Plc, Liberty Global Broadband I Ltd, UnitedGlobalCom LLC, Liberty Global Holding BV, Binan Investments BV, Liberty Global Europe Holding II BV, Liberty Global Holdings Inc, LGI International LLC, Liberty Global Inc, Telenet Group Holding SA et Liberty Global Europe Holding BV, conform&eacute;ment aux articles 6 et 18 de la Loi du 2 mai 2007.</strong></p><p>Dans sa notification dat&eacute;e du 14 juillet 2021, re&ccedil;ue le 14 juillet 2021, Liberty Global Plc annonce des changements dans la cha&icirc;ne de contr&ocirc;le de Telenet Group Holding SA &agrave; la suite des transactions entre des parties li&eacute;es au sein du groupe Liberty Global. Le contr&ocirc;le ultime sur Telenet Group Holding SA reste inchang&eacute;.
