    "body": "<div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"></b>Telenet Group Holding NV (\"Telenet\" or the \"Company\") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008:<b class=\"hugin\"></b></div> <div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"> </b></div> <div class=\"hugin\"><em class=\"hugin\">On October 23, 2008 Telenet received a transparency declaration from Fortis Investments Management NV, according to which it confirms that its shareholding in the Company on September 1, 2008 amounted to 6,315,291 shares, or 5.74</em> % of the issued share capital.</div> <div class=\"hugin\"> </div><em class=\"hugin\">On October 31, 2008 the Company received a transparency declaration from the members of the Liberty Global Consortium and the Financial Consortium acting in concert, according to which they confirm that their shareholdings in the Company on September 1, 2008 were the following</em>",
