The final consolidated results for the full year ended December 31, 2012, reviewed by Telenet's statutory auditor KPMG Bedrijfsrevisoren - Reviseurs d'Entreprises CVBA, will be published on February 27, 2013 at 5:45pm CET. </p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><strong class=\"hugin\">HIGHLIGHTS</strong></p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">n Upgraded full year 2012 outlook achieved: 8.2% revenue growth (relative to outlook of 7-8%), 7.5% Adjusted EBITDA<sup class=\"hugin\" style=\"vertical-align: text-top; font-size: 0.8em;\">(1)</sup> growth (relative to outlook of 7-8%) and accrued capital expenditures<sup class=\"hugin\" style=\"vertical-align: text-top; font-size: 0.8em;\">(2)</sup> accounting for 23.7% of revenue (relative to outlook of 24-25%);</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">n As of December 31, 2012, our balance sheet included \u0080906.3 million of cash and cash equivalents (December 31, 2011: \u0080346.6 million) and total debt (including capital leases) of \u00803,843.0 million (December 31, 2011: \u00802,959.5 million). </p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">Cfr Press Release</p>",
