    "body": "<p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><strong class=\"hugin\"></strong>Telenet Group Holding NV (\"Telenet\" or \"the Company\") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008:</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><em class=\"hugin\">Today, Telenet received a transparency declaration from Liberty Global, Inc., stating that Liberty Global, Inc. (via its subsidiary Binan Investments B.V.), as of January 8, 2013, holds 56,844,400 shares of the Company, representing 49.95% of the total share capital of the Company on that day, following the issuance of 402,018 new ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of 402,018 warrants.</em></p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><em class=\"hugin\"> </em></p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">The complete text of this transparency declaration is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <a class=\"hugin\" href=\"http://investors.telenet.be/\" target=\"_blank\">http://investors.telenet.be</a>.</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">Any increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds of total outstanding share capital requires a declaration to Telenet and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):</p> <ol class=\"hugin\" type=\"1\"> <li align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">3% threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;</li> <li align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">5% or each multiple of 5% threshold, as set out by Belgian law.</li> </ol> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">This information is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <a class=\"hugin\" href=\"http://investors.telenet.be/\" target=\"_blank\">http://investors.telenet.be</a>.</p> <p align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">cfr Press release</p>",
