    "body": "<div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"></b>At the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting held on May 28, 2009, the shareholders of Telenet Group Holding NV (Euronext Brussels: TNET) approved a capital decrease of EUR 0.50 per share.</div> <div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"> </div> <div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">The payment date for the distribution of the capital decrease has been fixed on September 1, 2009. As of August 27, 2009 (<i class=\"hugin\">ex date</i>), the shares and the VVPR-strips of Telenet Group Holding will be traded on Euronext Brussels ex coupon no. 2. The payment of the capital decrease of EUR 0.50 per share will occur on September 1, 2009.</div> <div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\"> </div> <div align=\"justify\" class=\"hugin\">The right to receive the payment will be represented by coupon no. 2.
