Telenet notifies its customers of price adjustments due to inflation
Mechelen, April 18, 2024 — Telenet is adjusting certain rates of its fixed monthly subscription fees. Over the coming weeks all customers will be informed of the change.
As of June 2, Telenet will apply an adjustment rate of 3.5% to the fixed monthly subscription fees for internet, digital TV and cable TV, mobile and fixed telephony. The adjustment is a result of inflation.
“We continually wish to manage our costs and income in a correct manner, taking into account the current economic situation. We are adjusting our prices as a result of the inflation, which has an impact on employee costs and the cost of technological equipment,” the company reports.
