Telenet notifies its customers of price adjustments due to inflation

Mechelen, March 6, 2025 — Telenet is adjusting certain rates of its fixed monthly subscription fees. Over the coming weeks all customers will be informed of the change.

As of April 28, Telenet will apply an adjustment rate of 2,9% to the fixed monthly subscription fees for internet, digital TV and cable TV, mobile and fixed telephony. The adjustment is a result of inflation.

“We continually wish to manage our costs and income in a correct manner, taking into account the current economic situation. We are adjusting our prices as a result of the inflation, which has an impact on employee costs and the cost of technological equipment for the rollout of 5G and fiber”, the company reports.

An overview of the price changes can be found on telenet.be/newrates.

The following rates remain unchanged:

  • BASE subscriptions
  • Tadaam subscriptions
  • Telenet Essential Internet HighFIVE
  • Fixed telephony options and internet options
  • Rates for use outside the bundle for both fixed and mobile lines
  • Installation & activation costs
  • Social rates for internet (+TV)
  • TV Library queries
  • Freephone Business
  • Cloud, Security and Hosting products, Domain names

Telenet will communicate transparently to its customers. Every customer will be notified personally in the coming weeks.
