    "body": "<p><strong>Mechelen, February 16, 2023 - Telenet Group Holding NV (&ldquo;Telenet&rdquo; or the &ldquo;Company&rdquo;) (Euronext Brussels: TNET) announces that its board of directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Shareholders&#039; Meeting in April 2023 to approve the payment of a gross dividend of &euro;1.0 per share (&euro;108.6 million in total</strong><sup><strong>[1]</strong></sup><strong>). The proposed dividend will be paid using existing cash and cash equivalents and is in line with the Company&rsquo;s reset dividend floor of &euro;1.0 per share (gross) as further detailed below.
