    "body": "<p class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"><i class=\"hugin\">Transparency Declaration </i></b></p> <p class=\"hugin\"> <p class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"></b></p> <p class=\"hugin\"><b class=\"hugin\"> </b></p> <p class=\"hugin\">Telenet Group Holding NV (\"Telenet\" or \"the Company\") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008: </p> <p class=\"hugin\">On November 24, 2010 Telenet received a transparency declaration from BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, stating that BNP Paribas Investment Partners SA, as of August 24, 2010, holds 5,595,908 shares of the Company, representing 4.99% of the total share capital of the Company as of that date. </p> <p class=\"hugin\">The complete text of this transparency declaration is also available on the Investor Relations section of our website <u class=\"hugin\">www.telenet.be</u>. </p> <p class=\"hugin\">Any increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Telenet and the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA): </p> <p class=\"hugin\">1. 3% statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company; </p> <p class=\"hugin\">2. 5% or each multiple of 5%, as set out by Belgian law. </p> <p class=\"hugin\">Transparency declaration forms are available on the website of the CBFA: </p><u class=\"hugin\"></u> <p class=\"hugin\"><u class=\"hugin\">http://www.cbfa.be/eng/gv/ah/circ/pdf/TR-1BE.xls </u></p> <p class=\"hugin\">A detailed guide for completing a transparency declaration is also available on the website of the CBFA: </p><u class=\"hugin\"></u> <p class=\"hugin\"><u class=\"hugin\">http://www.cbfa.be/eng/gv/ah/circ/pdf/cbfa_2008_16.pdf </u></p> <p class=\"hugin\">The transparency declaration form should be submitted to: </p> <p class=\"hugin\">1. the CBFA (email <u class=\"hugin\">trp.fin@cbfa.be </u>and fax* +32 2 220 59 12) </p> <p class=\"hugin\">2.
