Telenet’s shareholders approve the board of directors’ proposals

Mechelen, 27 April 2022 – Telenet Group Holding NV (“Telenet” or the “Company”) (Euronext Brussels: TNET) announces that earlier today its shareholders fully approved the proposals from the board of directors, as published in the March 25, 2022 convening notice. This includes amongst others (i) the appointment of four new directors to the board, of which three independent directors, (ii) the extension of certain board mandates for another four-year term, (iii) the payment of a €1.375 gross dividend per share, (iv) the cancellation of 1.1 million treasury shares and (v) renewed resolutions concerning future share repurchases and authorized capital.
