Disclosure in accordance with the Law of April 1, 2007 - Notification of important shareholdings

Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses having received a notification on August 19, 2016 from Liberty Global Plc and its affiliate Binan Investments B.V. in accordance with Article 74, §8 of the Law of April 1, 2007 on public take-overs.

This notification provides an update of the notification submitted by Liberty Global Plc and its affiliate Binan Investments B.V. on August 21, 2015 according to which Binan Investments B.V. declared to hold an interest in Telenet exceeding 55% of the securities holding voting rights. This notification of August 21, 2015 is in turn an update of the prior notifications received by Telenet on September 18, 2007, on August 28, 2008, on August 27, 2009, on August 31, 2010, on August 29, 2011, on August 28, 2012, on August 27, 2013, and on August 22, 2014. On January 11, 2016, Telenet also received a notification from Liberty Global Plc in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of May 2, 2007, declaring a change in the indirect shareholding of Telenet as a result of a number of intragroup transactions.

The notification of August 19, 2016 does not report any change in the Telenet shareholding of Liberty Global Plc since its notifications of August 21, 2015 and January 11, 2016.

Malines, 30 april 2026 - Wyre bv, Telenet bv, Proximus nv and Fiberklaar bv have signed long-form agreements on the intended network collaboration to support the further deployment of high-speed gigabit networks across Flanders. This is a new step forward towards an effective collaboration, designed to extend the reach of gigabit-capable infrastructure, enabling more consumers to benefit from faster connectivity while reducing the need for duplicated civil works.
