Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or "the Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of May 2, 2007 and the related Royal Decree of February 14, 2008:
On February 17, 2010, Telenet received a notification from Fortis Investment Management SA, stating that Fortis Investment Management SA, as of February 5, 2010, holds 5,575,917 shares of the Company, representing 4.99% of the total share capital of the Company.

Any increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Telenet and the Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA):
- 3% statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
- 5% or each multiple of 5%, as set out by Belgian law.
