Telenet announced today that it is taking over the Mechelen-based internet security specialist, C-CURE, and has acquired all shares from the existing shareholders. With this takeover, Telenet is seeking to integrate security solutions into its portfolio of corporate internet services while making managed security services a substantial part of its product offering.
