Telenet launches 'Walk and Talk 20' with top name mobile phone for one euro.

Today Telenet launches a new mobile telephony product under the name 'Walk and Talk 20'. A customer who signs up for Walk and Talk 20 gets 118 minutes of free calling minutes to any network in Belgium for 20 euros per month. What's more, the customer also has the option of combining the new rate plan with a top name mobile phone for one euro.[1] Walk and Talk 20, like all the Walk and Talk products, can be supplemented with the option 'Surf 10'.[2] Walk and Talk 20 is the latest step in the Telenet mobile strategy, through which the Mechelen-based company intends to reduce prices for basic mobile services and increase penetration of mobile Internet service via mobile phones.



[1] If a customer does not opt for a mobile phone for one euro, they receive a discount of €10/month on their subscription for one year. This subscription is available at Telenet distributors and Belcompany, by telephone at 0800/66 853 and online at www.telenet.be/mobile.
[2] With Surf 10 a mobile Internet user can send and receive a total of 200 megabytes of data for just €10/month.
