Update on Share Repurchase Program 2016

Telenet Group Holding NV ("Telenet" or the "Company") (Euronext Brussels: TNET) hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 207 of the Royal Decree of January 30, 2001 in execution of the Belgian Company Code.

Under the Share Repurchase Program 2016, as announced on February 10, 2016, the Company reports today that during the period from March 28 until April 1, 2016, the following transactions took place either through the regulated market of NYSE Euronext Brussels or through block trades in accordance with applicable regulations:
