Telenet increases internet speeds, with even a doubling for all ONE customers.
Mechelen, 24 September 2025 -Telenet is boosting their speeds for fixed internet. Thanks to these adjustments, it is responding to the digital needs of society, where speed is paramount and technological infrastructure evolves rapidly. New customers will benefit from the new internet speeds as of 22 September. The internet speeds for existing customers will be increased gradually between now and 8 October. Prices will remain unchanged.
By increasing internet speeds, Telenet ensures customers can make optimal use of the superfast fixed network. With this upgrade, customers will experience an even smoother internet experience, enabling faster file downloads and allowing more devices to enjoy a strong connection simultaneously.
What is changing?
- For all ONE, All-internet, and WIGO customers, the download speed will increase to maximum 500 Mbps and the upload speed to maximum 30 Mbps. This is a doubling for all ONE customers.
- Does a customer have a 100% fiber network? Then the upload speed will be matched to the download speed. For example, a ONEup customer with 100% fiber network will soon be able to upload at maximum 1 Gbps.
Prices will remain unchanged.

When will the speeds change?
New customers will surf at the new speeds since 22 September.
Telenet will gradually increase the internet speeds for existing customers between 22 September and 8 October. Customers don't need to take any action.
As of today, customers can find an overview of all speeds per subscription and more important information on this page. From 29 September, the new speeds will be visible on all pages of the website. On 8 October, all customers with one of the affected internet subscriptions will receive a personal message confirming that their internet speeds have increased.
