Telenet launches the most personalized telecom and entertainment experience on the market

Mechelen, April 27, 2026 - For many people, choosing the right telecom services is still all too often like trying to solve a puzzle: not because there are too many options, but because it remains complicated to decide quickly what really suits their specific situation. With a completely revamped line-up, Telenet makes that choice easier and more personal: customers can now set up their own combination of Internet, mobile, fixed telephony, TV and/or entertainment services themselves, relying on proactive and personal guidance throughout the selection process.

In the new Telenet world, personalization takes centre stage. Customer research1 carried out by Telenet group clearly shows that 8 out of 10 customers today express a stronger need for mix-and-match solution, simplicity and personalized telecom services that evolve alongside their lives. That is why the new Telenet offering consists of a wide range of Internet, mobile telephony, television and entertainment services that customers can freely combine into a tailored package: easy to activate, adapt or stop, entirely based on their own requirements. As lives change, the formulas will also easily evolve in line with new future needs. Joining just once and continually keeping up to date afterwards: that is the core of the new Telenet philosophy.

Each product and option is priced separately, allowing customers to clearly see the cost of every component and adjust their package in a targeted way whenever needed. ​ ​

Premium entertainment packages and streaming services (Streamz, Play Sports, Disney+, Netflix & YouTube premium) will also become available individually, without a mandatory digital TV subscription. After the first 30 days, streaming services can be discontinued at any time, with immediate effect on billing. Streaming services taken via Telenet also offers customers a price advantage. ​

Smart and personalized guidance when choosing

To help customers navigate the wide range of options, Telenet provides smart choice support. Based on their profile, current consumption and existing products, customers will proactively receive a detailed and personalized proposal showing the optimum set-up to suit their specific situation. This kind of guidance merely serves as an aid: customers always remain in control and decide for themselves whether to follow, adjust or disregard a proposal. ​

Support is available via the web, the My Telenet app, the TV interface, in store and by phone. Customers choose themselves the channel and type of support that suits them best. ​ ​

In the coming weeks, most customers will receive a personalized proposal via the My Telenet app and by e-mail. This shows how their current situation compares with the new options and whether a different set-up would be a better fit. Switching remains entirely optional. Customers can take their time to consider the proposal and decide whether or not to switch.

Availability

The new offer is available to all customers as from April 27, 2026. More information, along with an interactive product configurator to explore different set-ups, can be found on the Telenet webpage and in the My Telenet app.

Media campaign

Telenet is supporting the introduction of the new offer with a wide-reaching media campaign built around the idea of maximum freedom of choice and combinability. Every profile can create its ideal, tailor-made telecom and entertainment package. ​

In an initial campaign wave, Telenet introduces fictional characters such as the “Merbusinessman,” “Bingefoot” and “Unifluencers”. This playful and eye-catching concept illustrates that the offer is so flexible that even imaginary, and seemingly non-existent, profiles can be matched with a customized solution. ​
