Telenet price adjustments

Mechelen, January 22, 2026 - Telenet is adjusting certain rates of its fixed monthly subscription fees. Over the coming ​ weeks, all customers will be informed of the change.

As of March 16, Telenet will apply a price adjustment to the fixed monthly subscription fees for internet, digital TV and cable TV, mobile and fixed telephony. This price adjustment - together with a cost-conscious policy and smart use of resources - helps to absorb the increased costs because of inflation and ongoing investments in an ever-improving customer experience.

The price of the Telenet Essential Internet High Five subscription remains the same.

An overview of the price changes can be found on telenet.be/newrates. ​

Telenet will communicate transparently to its customers. Every customer will be notified personally in the coming weeks. ​

Telenet expands its entertainment offering with HBO Max
Mechelen, 28 September 2026 – Starting today, customers can subscribe to HBO Max directly through Telenet and pay for their subscription via their trusted Telenet bill. This makes Telenet the first telecom operator in Belgium to integrate the popular streaming service into its billing platform. Customers can choose from three subscription plans and manage their subscription easily through MyTelenet.
